Selena Gomez getting kidnapped,seduced & more in her new ‘Getaway’ action movie. As previously reported, popular actress Selena Gomez,hit up Youtube this past weekend,and revealed that she’s going to be in a new action flick with actor Ethan Hawke,called “The Getaway.”
Now, Hollywood Life and their sources have revealed more details about her role. It turns out that Selena is going to play a character named Fran,who is the young wife of a veterinarian that ends up getting seduced by a bank robber,and then forced to go on the run with him.
It sounds like it will definitely take her out of her comfort zone once again. The film is scheduled to take place in Bulgaria. Right now,no studio has stepped up to fund the project,or there isn’t one that’s reportedly attached to the movie. It’s going to be a remake of a classic 1972 flick,which starred Steve McQueen and Ali MacGraw.
In related news,Selena is also going to star in a new earthquake thriller called “Aftershock,” and she is,of course,in the new “Spring Breakers” film with Vanessa Hudgens,Ashley Benson,and Rachel Korine.
