I wanted to personally write you and thank you for planning a superb spring break vacation for our family. As you recall, this was a first time trip for our family to Costa Rica. The planning was flawless from the pick up at the airport to the personalized tours and transfer from La Fortuna to Guanacaste. Because it all went so smoothly, we were able to simply relax into the vacation even though everything was so new to us. Your contact both before, at the start and at the end of the trip were very reassuring and a fantastic show of the care it appears you take to creating exciting memories for others.
